SEASON 42 PROFILE

Little Red Hood

Ruby

Let's Dance turns spell vamp into Ruby's main defence and lets her dash after every cast. Don't Run, Wolf King! interrupts enemies around her, while I'm Offended! drags several targets into the position she chooses.

HOW TO PLAY

Ruby guide for Season 42

DAMAGE: Physical
ATTACK: Melee
SPECIALTY: Crowd Control / Regen
MAIN POSITIONS: EXP Lane
IN THE GAME SINCE: 2017

01EARLY GAME
In EXP Lane, use Be Good! across both wave and opponent, then dash towards the side that moves Ruby away from a possible gank.
02MID GAME
Use the short passive dashes to dodge and close space. Don't Run, Wolf King! should interrupt an enemy skill, not be cast blindly for damage.
03LATE GAME
In a large fight, drag with I'm Offended! towards your team or away from the back line. The hook's direction matters as much as the number of targets.

QUICK ANSWERS

The questions players ask about Ruby

01What is the best lane for Ruby?

Ruby is currently played mainly in EXP Lane. The guide separates the recommended builds by lane or job, so choose that tab before copying the six items.

02Which Ruby build should I use?

Start with «EXP Sustain Control». The other options, «EXP Vengeance Brawler» and «Roam Catch Frontline», are there for a different lane or match-up; they are not cosmetic variations.

03Which heroes counter Ruby?

X.Borg, Terizla and Phoveus are the first counters to consider. Lolita can stop the ranged opening, and X.Borg punishes Ruby without accepting the short trade she controls.

04Which Ruby skins can be obtained now?

3 non-default skins have confirmed availability at this review. 7 more are limited or upcoming, with the original acquisition method recorded. Check the current event or shop in your client before spending.
