SEASON 42 PROFILE

Firaga Armor

X.Borg

X.Borg effectively fights with two health bars through Firaga Armor, applies constant pressure with Fire Missiles and detonates the armour through Last Insanity. He can poke without risking his real health immediately, but becomes far more vulnerable once the armour is gone.

HOW TO PLAY

X.Borg guide for Season 42

DAMAGE: Physical
ATTACK: Hybrid
SPECIALTY: Regen / Burst
MAIN POSITIONS: EXP Lane
IN THE GAME SINCE: 9 August 2019

01EARLY GAME
Keep Fire Missiles on the opponent and collect Firaga supplies without abandoning the wave. Fire Stake pulls both enemies and those supplies closer; use it to keep targets inside the flames.
02MID GAME
Around Turtle, soften opponents before triggering Last Insanity. The ultimate is strongest once enemies cannot calmly disengage and the team is ready to finish after the explosion.
03LATE GAME
Late in the game, preserve the armour before committing. If it breaks away from the team, retreat and rebuild it; walking toward Lord without Firaga Armor makes X.Borg an easy target.

QUICK ANSWERS

The questions players ask about X.Borg

01What is the best lane for X.Borg?

X.Borg is currently played mainly in EXP Lane. The guide separates the recommended builds by lane or job, so choose that tab before copying the six items.

02Which X.Borg build should I use?

Start with «EXP War Axe Control». The other options, «EXP Vengeance Frontline» and «Jungle Tempo Burn», are there for a different lane or match-up; they are not cosmetic variations.

03Which heroes counter X.Borg?

Zilong, Helcurt and Benedetta are the first counters to consider. Helcurt and Zilong quickly reach X.Borg once his armour breaks and deny him the time needed to rebuild it.

04Which X.Borg skins can be obtained now?

3 non-default skins have confirmed availability at this review. 4 more are limited or upcoming, with the original acquisition method recorded. Check the current event or shop in your client before spending.
