SEASON 42 PROFILE

Prince of the Abyss

Dyrroth

Dyrroth closes the gap through Spectre Step and uses Abysm Strike to finish targets based on their missing health. His best trades are decided before the ultimate; once the opponent spends an escape, the final strike becomes much harder to avoid.

HOW TO PLAY

Dyrroth guide for Season 42

DAMAGE: Physical
ATTACK: Melee
SPECIALTY: Charge / Burst
MAIN POSITIONS: EXP Lane / Jungle
IN THE GAME SINCE: 25 June 2019

01EARLY GAME
Poke with Burst Strike and keep Spectre Step to follow after the opponent retreats. Spending both parts without tracking the enemy jungler removes the exit.
02MID GAME
Push EXP and approach Turtle from the side. Target whoever is already low or relies heavily on armour; Abysm Strike should finish the play rather than open it.
03LATE GAME
Late in the game, look for a pick before the full five-on-five. Dyrroth struggles when he must channel the ultimate in front of the entire enemy team.

QUICK ANSWERS

The questions players ask about Dyrroth

01What is the best lane for Dyrroth?

Dyrroth is currently played mainly in EXP Lane and Jungle. The guide separates the recommended builds by lane or job, so choose that tab before copying the six items.

02Which Dyrroth build should I use?

Start with «EXP Pickoff Default». The other options, «EXP Sustain Bruiser» and «Jungle Execute Tempo», are there for a different lane or match-up; they are not cosmetic variations.

03Which heroes counter Dyrroth?

Thamuz, Martis and Masha are the first counters to consider. Masha survives the first burst through multiple health bars, while Thamuz wins if he extends the trade.

04Which Dyrroth skins can be obtained now?

2 non-default skins have confirmed availability at this review. 5 more are limited or upcoming, with the original acquisition method recorded. Check the current event or shop in your client before spending.
