SEASON 42 PROFILE

Lord Lava

Thamuz

Thamuz throws Molten Scythes to stay on a target, then activates Cauterant Inferno when a trade needs to become an extended fight. His damage comes from remaining in range, recovering health and forcing the opponent to retreat or keep fighting on worse terms.

HOW TO PLAY

Thamuz guide for Season 42

DAMAGE: Physical
ATTACK: Melee
SPECIALTY: Chase / Damage
MAIN POSITIONS: EXP Lane
IN THE GAME SINCE: 18 September 2018

01EARLY GAME
Use Molten Scythes to control lane distance and retrieve the scythes before committing to a long trade. Chasm Trample is both pursuit and escape, so do not spend it for a small amount of damage.
02MID GAME
Push before moving toward Turtle and arrive with Cauterant Inferno ready. Thamuz benefits from a long fight, but chasing one target while the team falls behind wastes that strength.
03LATE GAME
Late in the game, hold ground in front of the marksman and punish anyone who steps in. Trying to cross the entire enemy formation leaves Thamuz controlled before he can recover health.
