SEASON 41 PROFILE

Son of Minos

Minotaur

TankSupportRoaming

Motivation Roar heals and strengthens allies, while Minoan Fury chains several knock-ups across a wide area. Minotaur can start a fight, but he is equally valuable as a bodyguard when the enemy relies on diving a marksman.

IN THE GAME SINCE
14 October 2016
  1. 01EARLY GAME

Escort the first rotation and use Motivation Roar when it restores meaningful damage, not merely to fill rage for no reason.

  2. 02MID GAME

Despair Stomp closes distance and slows; use it when teammates can follow, then keep Minoan Fury for the grouped targets.

  3. 03LATE GAME

In base fights, remain one skill away from the marksman. A defensive Minoan Fury on two assassins is worth more than a solo engage onto the enemy support.

  1. HOW IT WORKS

When Minotaur uses a skill, he will gain Motivation for 3 seconds and heal himself for 5% of damage dealt by enemy heroes. These effects are doubled in Enraged state.

  2. HOW IT WORKS

Minotaur jumps to the target location, dealing 280–355 Physical Damage, briefly knocking enemies airborne and slowing them by 40%. For the next 2 seconds, his Basic Attacks deal extra Physical Damage equal to 3% of his Total HP. Enraged: the area becomes larger and the extra damage gains another 3% of his Total HP.

  3. HOW IT WORKS

Minotaur heals himself and the nearby allied hero with the lowest HP. While Enraged, the skill also heals nearby allies.

  4. HOW IT WORKS

Minotaur enters the Enraged State and smashes the ground 3 times. The first 2 hits deal 180–300 Physical Damage to nearby enemies and slow them by 60%. The final hit deals 200–300 True Damage and knocks targets airborne for 0.8 seconds. Minotaur is immune to control effects during the attack. The Enraged State lasts 12 seconds and enhances his skills.

QUICK ANSWERS

The questions players ask about Minotaur

01What is the best lane for Minotaur?+

Minotaur is currently played mainly in Roaming. The guide separates the recommended builds by lane or job, so choose that tab before copying the six items.

02Which Minotaur build should I use?+

Start with «Roam Favor Sustain Initiate». The other options, «Roam Conceal Flicker Pickoff» and «Roam Vengeance Anti-Physical», are there for a different lane or match-up; they are not cosmetic variations.

03Which heroes counter Minotaur?+

Natalia, Valentina and Alice are the first counters to consider. Baxia reduces the team's healing, while Alice is comfortable in the area where Minotaur tries to sustain a long fight.

04Which Minotaur skins can be obtained now?+

2 skins are marked as obtainable right now. 3 more are kept in the vault with the event or shop where each one originally appeared.
