HOW TO PLAY
Place Framed Moment over the route Marcel wants to deny and use Tracking Shot to accompany the jungler. Platinum Snap should find someone inside the frame rather than being cast by habit.
Around Turtle, position Clemar to one side of the entrance and keep Golden Hour until Atlas, Akai or Chip commits. The control is more valuable breaking their engage than starting from far away.
Late in the game, change the frame between attempts and preserve Petrify for anyone crossing the first zone. Lesley or Floryn can punish Marcel when he advances without protection.

QUICK ANSWERS
Marcel is currently played mainly in Roaming. The guide separates the recommended builds by lane or job, so choose that tab before copying the six items.
Start with «Roam Favor Control». The other options, «Roam Conceal Pickoff» and «Roam Anti-Basic Frontline», are there for a different lane or match-up; they are not cosmetic variations.
Angela, Floryn and Karina are the first counters to consider. Angela protects a target without entering the frame, while Cyclops can lock Marcel down before he reorganises the area.
