November 3: Godzilla returns to the arena

Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered brings back the 2002 GameCube kaiju brawler. Pipeworks and Atari, the original developer and publisher, rebuilt it in Unreal Engine 5 and added online matchmaking. Atari's announcement puts the digital version at $29.99 on every platform, while the Switch 2 cartridge costs $39.99.

November 4 and 5: Zelda leads the busiest stretch

World of Warcraft: Forever opens on November 4 at 3pm PT. It is a third permanent version of WoW, alongside the current game and Classic, set in a reimagined version of the original Azeroth with a level cap of 60, and Blizzard includes it with a regular subscription at no extra cost. Our explainer covers what it includes and how it differs from modern WoW and Classic.

The Ocarina of Time remake is a Switch 2 exclusive priced at $59.99 digital and $69.99 for the cartridge, per Nintendo's US store listing as reported by TweakTown. Nintendo rebuilt the environments, characters and menus, added voice acting and recorded an orchestral score, while keeping the dungeons and time travel of the Nintendo 64 original. Recent trailers also show a hidden hall for timed boss rematches.

Where the Seeds Fall, the first game from CygamesEdge, comes to PS5, Switch 2 and PC. A soldier and a companion called a Fell Child make their way down from the top of the World Tree by jumping, gliding and riding air currents, so exploration matters more than fighting. Cygames has not announced a price yet. Here is what its reveal showed.

November 5: Stellar Blade and Guardians of the Galaxy on Switch 2

Stellar Blade arrives on Switch 2 as a $59.99 Complete Edition with every DLC pack released so far, including the NieR:Automata and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE collaborations. SHIFT UP is launching it simultaneously worldwide, which works out to 7am PT on November 5. The studio says the cartridge holds the entire game, with no extra download needed to start playing.

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: Encore Edition brings Eidos-Montréal's 2021 adventure to Switch 2 with a new set of glam rock outfits. When docked, Gematsu reports a Quality mode at 1440p and 30 frames per second and a Performance mode at 1080p and 40 frames per second, which trades some sharpness for smoother motion. A price has not been announced.

PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate members get it at launch. Sports Interactive has not listed a US price yet, but plans a playable preview one to two weeks before the November 10 launch. More in our launch and preview breakdown.

Warhammer Survivors costs $7.99 on Steam, GOG, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, Android and iOS, according to Auroch Digital. The team behind Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun made it with poncle, the creators of Vampire Survivors. You pick a champion, survive ever larger waves and combine weapons until they evolve. There is already a demo with two champions.

November 12: Metaphor, Pikmin 4 and Sonic Pico Park

Metaphor: ReFantazio, the Persona team's RPG that won three awards at The Game Awards 2024, including Best RPG, comes to Switch 2 at a lower price than its original launch. SEGA confirmed the date, and the standard edition starts at $39.99. A digital anniversary edition adds an art book, the soundtrack and DLC.

Pikmin 4: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Dandori Academy brings the 2023 game to the new console, lets you give voice commands to Oatchi and adds 72 timed challenges with leaderboards and three difficulty levels, released in stages. Owners of the original can buy an upgrade pack on the eShop instead of the full game. We covered everything new in this edition.

Sonic Pico Park moves Pico Park's cooperative puzzles into Sonic's world. It supports two to eight players locally or online with cross-play, and launches on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2 and PC, Gematsu reports. No price has been announced.

November 19: GTA 6

Grand Theft Auto VI launches on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S at $79.99 for the Standard Edition and $99.99 for the Ultimate Edition, according to PlayStation's US listing. No PC version has been announced. Preloading, which lets you download the game ahead of time and play the moment it unlocks, starts on November 12. That includes boxed copies, which contain a download code rather than a disc.

It is the first mainline GTA since GTA V in 2013, and Rockstar is holding the date after releasing the launch trailer on October 15. Prices, editions, characters and the map are collected in our GTA 6 guide.

No longer coming in November

Edge of Memories was set for November 5, but on October 15 Nacon moved it to December 3 to give it a quieter launch window, Gematsu reports. It is still the action RPG we previewed in September. Shadow of the Road, the tactical RPG once planned for November 12, now arrives on March 10, 2027.
