Elta: Defy All Gods has a free demo on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, available since October 1. Focus Entertainment’s announcement says it covers roughly an hour of the opening, ending at the first boss, Kan Loa’s Chosen. The full release is scheduled for February 2, 2027.
Search for the full game title in your platform’s store and choose its demo listing or download button. A preorder is a separate product. The announcement offers the trial free without requiring that advance purchase.
Meet Victus and Elta in the opening area
Victus is a warrior monk accompanied by the dragon Elta. Combat combines magic with three martial-arts stances, each with its own skill tree. The demo begins in Lerna, an icy environment.
Movement includes a double jump, air dash, wall running and grappling. Afterburner describes three nonlinear worlds in the full game, with new abilities opening previously inaccessible routes. That full-game description should not be read as a promise that all three worlds are playable in the demo.

What the trial can help you judge
The opening, combat encounters and first boss give you a way to decide whether the adventure interests you. The approximate hour comes from the publisher’s estimate. It is not an INSERT FUTURE playtime measurement or a fixed completion time for every player.
With three stances, one useful question is whether switching styles stays readable during a fight and how well movement connects those encounters. The trial lets you check that yourself. Its availability does not establish the balance or quality of the entire campaign.
