The quick answer
The Blood of Dawnwalker requires 60GB on PC and must be installed on an SSD. Bandai Namco lists that figure on the official page for both minimum and recommended configurations. The game launches September 3 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Leave at least 70GB free before installing. The download may need temporary room to unpack files, while day-one updates can increase the final footprint. Having exactly 60GB available is an easy way to stop the process halfway through.
The listing does not mean PS5 and Xbox will display precisely 60GB. Compression and language packs vary by platform, and the stores still need to expose each version's final download.

The SSD requirement is not decorative
Rebel Wolves requires an SSD even at the minimum tier. Its world, transitions and asset streaming are designed around faster reads than a mechanical hard drive, so clearing 60GB on an HDD does not meet the specification.

What to remove before downloading
Start with duplicate captures, installers and finished games whose saves are safely in the cloud. Do not delete a manual save folder without checking its location, and remember that Windows also needs free space for its own updates.
